Shipping, Returns & Warranty

1. Orders and Preorders

Some Ravedio hardware may be sold on a preorder basis. Estimated ship dates are targets, not guarantees, and may change based on manufacturing, certification, or logistics constraints.

2. Shipping

Shipping availability, rates, and transit times vary by region. Import duties, taxes, customs processing, and local compliance requirements are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We'll do our best to help with lost or stalled shipments, but carrier delays do happen.

3. Returns and Cancellations

If you need to cancel an unshipped order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, returns may be subject to approval, shipping costs, restocking considerations, and the condition of the returned product.

We may decline returns for damaged hardware, modified devices, or products returned without core components unless the return is for a verified defect or shipping error.

4. Hardware Warranty

Ravedio hardware is intended to be durable, but no field device is indestructible. Limited warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects in normal use, not accidental damage, unauthorized repair, improper charging, or abuse.

Firmware experimentation, custom flashing, and unsupported hardware modifications may affect warranty eligibility.
